A replica historic jug, produced by Reinhold Merkelbach in the early 20th century as part of a series of 45 reproductions of historic jugs. Reinhold Merkelbach copied originals that were in museums all over Germany.
The original of this model came from the Kunstgewerbemuseum in Cologne.
