2 liter master stein by Reinhold Merkelbach.Very nice decor (shield).
Inscription: "Dem Militär Verein I von seinem Ehrenmitglied Dr.med. G. Damm, Meerane 28 Januar 1893."
This was obviously a gift to this doctor Damm. Meerane is a village in Saxony and the shield of this village is depicted on the stein.
Pewter lid is marked R.M.GR. on the inside, and the bottom is marked 967, A, and the Merkelbach star.
