A blue-gray westerwald jug from the early 19th century. On the front is a horse in blue. The shape is carved into the clay. The lid is pewter with a heavy 5-ringed lid. Engravings on the lid "No 22" and "C.T.R" and "SZ", which are initials of the original owner. Inside the lid are 3 pewter marks, not yet identified.
