This is a 1/2L capacity historismus style decorared stein by Hauber & Reuther.
The verse on the front reads: "Hast du Kater, nimm den Rath: trinke früh was du tränkst spat.".
This translates as: If you have a hangover, take this advice: drink early mornings what you had last night.
Don't know if that is a good advise, but I might try it someday to find out.
Stein has a brownish color, is saltglazed and carries the mold number 222 and the impressed HR initials for the producer.
