This is a 20th century stein, produced by Reinhold Merkelbach.
Steins like this were (and often still are) massproduced from around the 1930's until today and were made for the tourist industry. Such steins are being sold in virtually every souvenir shop in Germany and often also abroad.
Since so many were made and the design and decoration offers no 'better than average' characteristics, these steins are not considered collectible to most collectors.
As a result, the value of such steins usually is very low and often they fail to sell at all when offered for sale.
