This amazing brewery has more than 670 years of beer tradition. The Augustiner brewery is the oldest brewery in Munich and the last privately owned one. Its history begins in 1328.
I have another Augustiner-Bräu stein that at first glance appear to be the same stein, but on closer examination the differences are noticeable. The designs are similar but different. The other stein is 0,4L. while this one is 1/2L. Marks are different. The other stein has some damage while this one is in very good to excellent condition. I believe this one is older than the other one, but I’m only basing this on the 1/2L. versus the 0,4L. capacity marks?
