Made by Merkelbach & Wick 1872-1921, about 4-3/4" tall and 6-1/4" to the top of the thumblift. It has a 1/2L capacity mark, M&W logo but no Germany or mold number on the bottom. "Reiche mir den Steinkrug, Knabe! Hore was dein Vater spricht: heden feind bezmingtd er Deutsche doch den Durst besiegt er nicht".(Hand me the beerstein, boy! Hear what your father says: The German conquered the enemy, but he did not conquer the thirst).
