On the front the stein has USREUR (U.S. Army in Europe) at top. A transfer image of Heidelberg castle in the middle. Named to Le Palma with the year 1955 at bottom. On the left side is the Heidelberg coat of arms surmounting the insignia of the Army's Signal Corps. The right side features an insignia that I've been unable to locate over a transfer image of Mannheim.
