1 liter stoneware stein commemorating the 12th German Federal Shooting Competition held in Nuremberg in 1897.
The stein was produced by the firm Gebrüder Dorfner G.m.b.H. & Co., Hirschau bei Amberg, Bavaria, Germany. The firms mark, G. D. Are impressed on the bottom of the stein.
According to Stein Marks, stein production for Doefner was mainly between 1895-1914.
