M&W made steins 1872-1921, this "Tyrolean Couple" stein is about 10-1/2" to the top of the lid, it has a 1/2L capacity mark and mold #2099 under the handle and a very hard to see M&W logo. In 1887 it was required to have Germany or Made in Germany on all exports. This stein may have been made 1872-1886.
