The front of the stein is named to Major C. Proctor and dated Aug 75 - Aug 78. The 1 in a box is undetermined. At the bottom it's identiied as Allied Air Forces Central Eurpe (AFCE), which ia a NATO command, at Ramstein, Germany. No doubt at Ramstein Air Base. The left side is the AFCE insignia. The right side features the NATO insignia surronded by flags of the participating countries.
