This is made by Hachiya Brothers in Japan in the 1950's, they were a cheaper imported stein. They may have had about 20 different character steins or so. This eagle stein is about 6-3/4" tall. This company used small bolts to attach the strap to the handle and didn't use capacity marks or mold numbers. It looks like they copied their logo from "The coat of arms of Staffordshire" The primary pottery region of the U.K.
