Reinhold Merkelback made steins 1882-2007, this "Hobo" stein is about 8-1/2" tall. It has incised "Made in Western Germany", "Reinh Merkelbach Höhr Grenzhausen" and an ink stamp "Made in Germany." This logo was used after 1936 when Grenzhausen combined with Höhr to form Höhr Grenzhausen, and into the 1960's. It doesn't have a capacity mark or mold number.
