Marzi & Remy made steins 1879-1994. This "Lazarus" stein is about 12" tall. It does not have a capacity mark, makers mark or Germany, it does have a hard to see mold #532 on the base. It has the same scene on three sides. In 1887 it was required to have Germany or Made in Germany on all exports. This stein may have been made 1879-1886. It's not in the Beer Stein Library, The two hand drawings are from the old catalog section in Stein Collectors International. I don't know if this stein ever had a lid, there are no marks on the handle where it would have been.
The image on this stein, one of which is dated 1559 in the mold, illustrates the Biblical parable of "The Rich Man and the beggar Lazarus: from the Gospel of Luke (16:19-31).
