Named to Lt Col Alvin E. Knehn. Dated 1955 to 1956. Front has the Seventh Army patch, on either side is written: 128th Evac, Ludwigsburg Hospital Germany. It's surmounted by the medical caduceus. On the left side is a roster. All on the roster are officers ranging from Majors to Chief Warrent Officers. Since Lt Col Knehn is the highest ranking he was presumably Chief of Staff.
