A stoneware beerstein in a style we commonly refer to as "Regensburg".
This example has a somewhat unusual decor of winged persons, probably goddesses. Two of them holding a baby boy.
This unlidded Regensburg stein was probably made in the first half of the 19th century.
There is no maker's mar, nor a capacity mark, but its capacity will be circa 0.5 liter.
