Only 3000 of these punch bowl cups were produced for the first-ever rally of Teddy Roosevelt's 1904 Presidential Campaign held at his home in Sagamore Hill on Long Island, New York.
Roosevelt became President in 1901 after President McKinley's assassination and was running as an incumbent in 1904. He began his campaign in 1902 at this rally.
The upscale department store, Bloomingdale's, provided these cups, and many in attendance were trying to take them home as souveniers.
The maker of these is unknown.
