Produced by Rastal as both a mug and stein.
Designed by Nuremberg students Sarah Eigenseher and Hanna Hodic
The lid relief depicts Georg Lang (1866-1904) who first came to prominence as the "crocodile innkeeper from Nuremberg" in 1898. He erected his first Bavarian giant hall, measuring 2,000 square meters. He created the atmosphere we now associate with Oktoberfest by employing a 30-man-strong brass band in traditional Bavarian costumes. 50,000 song sheets were distributed so all could sing along with Ein Prosit, ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit! Oans-zwoa-drei-gsuffa! (Rastal).
The "Sam's Stein Label" on the bottom is the from the company in the US that sold the stein.
