Cold War stein believed to be circa 1970, named to Charles K. Burpee with the main image of "Wally the Spook" AKA "Sneaky Pete" and sides scene of the USAEUR shoulder patch and crest of the City of Heidelberg.

CISIC is believed to stand for: Command and Intelligence Support Indications Center, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence, Headquarters, US Army Europe and Seventh Army, a Branch of the Production Division
