Quite heavy pewter, about one liter in volume. It's decorated with repousse relief and extensive engraving, the copper arrow and hatchet are applied. It's beautifully inscribed; around the rim it says "Point-Handicap August 1900, around the base it says "Presented by Harry Batcheller", the back of the handle is engraved "Percy C. Pulver". These British award tankards were quite popular around the turn of the century. It has a distinctive touch mark on the base but I haven't been able to locate the maker.
