This is an interesting glass stein that features a unique lid with a keg as a dial.
Based on this clock-style lid, I believe this was used by a tavern or a patron of a tavern to help keep track of the number beer mugs consumed!
The maker's "G" label is unknown, although I have been told that it might have been made by Gerresheimer. I can't confirm if this is true, however.
From the looks of it, this probably dates somewhere between 1920 - 1940.
