A large stein, produced by Marzi & Remy in a so-called historismus-style decoration.
Verse on the front reads: "Zeit, Wind, Frau und Glück verändern sich im Augenblick", which translates as "Time, wind, women and luck all can change in an instant."
Ceramic lid, pewter marked Pauson (the wellknown pewterer M. Pauson).
Including the lid this impressive stein stands 39 centimeters tall. Excluding the lid it is 29 centimeters.
