Air Force. Front central has the insignia of the 31st Weather Squadron. At top it's named to Patton, no first name or rank. Below it's dated 1970 - 1974. On the left side is the insignia of the U.S. Air Forces in Europe. On the right side is the insignia of the Air Weather Service. The 31st was located at Sembach Air Base.
This stein is a favorite of mine since I also served in the Air Force's Air Weather Serviice during this same period. But not in Germany.
