Mold 990 was used for various subjects, most often transfer designs. This one has the front decoration of one of Marzi and Remy's tapestry steins but lacks the text to make it a true tapestery. This stein is unusual also in that it has the 990 impressed mold mark on dthe base which Marzi and Remy seldom bothered with.
