This various subjects stein was likely intended to have a transfer decoration but doesn't. And the decoration number is absent. The lid and thumblift are typical of how V&B used them on 1526s and 1909s that featured kegeling decorations. The pinboy celebrating an "Alle Neun" with a kegel as thumblift.
