A very nice pitcher in the jugendstil style.
Model number 745 impressed in the base. No factory markings.
Distinct white glaze on the inside, just like most Villeroy & Boch pieces.
Verse on the front reads "Von dieser Quelle silberklar trink ich schon über 100 Jahr." (From this crystal clear source I drink for over 100 years).
Ceramic inlaid lid.
Any input on who produced or designed this jug is very welcome.
