art nouveau butter dish with lid, styled in 1910. Unknown designer styled for Merkelbach & Wick this dish. Fine stoneware glazed in grey-blue (called neublau = newblue) with different lines in circles. Base mark from 1922, mold nr. 1376, 1/2 (250 Gramm) and 46.
