Phalsbourg Rod and Gun Club. Phalsbourg has been a French, Luxembourg, and German (most recently from 1871 to 1918) town. It has remained French since 1918. In 1953 the U.S. Air Force built an Air Base here and in 1967 gave the base to the French. So this stein would date between 1953 and 1967.
