The front features a common pose of a kegeler about to release the ball, why they are often depicted knock kneed like this I have no idea. The depictiion of the pig on the bottom sides is also common, Glücksschwein (lucky pig) is often included in kegelspeil steins. I haven't seen a rat/mouse on s shield as on the top sides on other kegel steins though. As I've said many times before, kegeling is not bowling. Bowling evolved from kegeling in the United States and the games are rather different, it's not just the fact that one useses nine pins/kegels and the other ten. Recessed base.
"Aus voller Brust ein Lied ertnt im Kreise froher Zecher.
Ins Volle unsre Kugel rennt voll lieben wir den Becher."
(At the top of our voices a song emerges in the circle of happy drinkers.
Into the middle our ball runs we like our cups full.) (TBSL)
