Reinhold Hanke made steins 1868-1938. This #67 Monk doesn't have a capacity or markers mark and no mold number. It is 6-1/2" tall and looks like the #67 Hanke steins in the Beer Stein Library. I have seem the bottom decorative rings on other Hanke steins. The reason I mention this is because I have another Monk stein that looks almost identical to this one only larger 7" and it does not have any marks either.
August 1st and 2nd 1921 the firm of August Hanke was virtually destroyed by fire, all the molds were destroyed. Its operations from that point were a mere hint of what they had been. August Hanke (Reinhold's son) unsuccessfully attempted to rebuild his business, but he still produced some ceramics at a reduced level. August Hanke died 1938 and all production stopped. So most Hanke steins were made 1868-1921.
