1/2 liter official festival stein from the 17th German Federal Shooting Competition held in 1912 in Frankfurt. This was also the 50th anniversary of the competition which started in 1862. The embossed lid depicts the Frankfurt Festhall. The stein was designed by Franz Ringer and was provided by the sole distributor Schellenberg's Kaisermagazine.
The competition was held between July 14-21, 1912. 5,200 shooters, from four different nations participated in the event. It was the last Bundesschiessen before the First World War.
