Engraved on front "Dale" and "19 24/2 53". Put another way, February 24, 1953. The stein itself is Swedish and may or may not be older than this. Quite unusual is that the dedication (With love from Elsa, Inga, Tage, Bertil) appears on the bottom of the stein. It appears to have been a Swedish family giving the stein to an English speaking person, Dale.
